Pinkenburg in Wennigsen

Very nice beer garden in summer but poor choice of food and no adapted food.

Cozy and quiet beer garden. Very friendly and attentive (and at the same time not intrusive) staff. We had the chicken schnitzel. Very tasty, good value for money. We will be back!

NEVER AGAIN! ..THE HOTEL IS DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED! I would not go again, found it all in all not good and too expensive for that! The hotel staff was totally unfriendly and stood twice in the room without knocking! The "do not disturb" sign just doesn't exist here. This disorder was definitely intolerable. The wifi was not working. Breakfast was the smallest I have ever had on a bed and breakfast basis. Very little choice and if gone, then gone ... As a result, the bed linen was not clean and was likely used by someone else beforehand. There was pubic hair in it. In addition, the room has not been renovated and is too expensive for the performance and condition! Although a personal complaint has been filed and here the hotel's response is: Your rating is outrageous because that is an outright lie! We don't care what you do privately in the rooms, but evaluating us so badly just because you are unable to answer or lock the door is not our problem. Please do not contact our hotel again because you are not allowed to enter! Extremely unfriendly manager! There is no wisdom against the stupidity that is currently in vogue at Some people.

Always great. Unfortunately, I have only been there about 6 times with the family since the restaurant was given a new team / management. We were always very satisfied with the currywurst, fried potatoes with fried ruccala salad, the PinkenBurger with homemade pink rolls or the ox cheek and the rump steak with delicious red wine. I hope that the Pinkenburg can open again soon.

I can only speak for the restaurant, but our experience here was thoroughly pleasant. Polite service, good food, no long waiting times. We were definitely pleasantly surprised and now know where we will go to eat the next time we are in Wennigsen.

We celebrated my sister's birthday (let's say 30th) and are thrilled! The food and service were great. I would do the same for your next 30th!

A delicious vegan dish on the menu! The food very nicely prepared. The service was extremely gracious, dedicated wine advice. The ambience pleasant. Absolutely recommended.

Very tasty food and friendly service. The schnitzel is recommended. The meat was tender and the breading was delicious. The vegetarian dishes also taste very good. So there is something for everyone. I would definitely like to come back.

Seeeeer good and friendly staff. The rooms are good to stay in and the bathroom was clean. The food is great, the breakfast also extra wishes fulfilled. The people who award a star here, I would call not as guests but as a loony. As you call into the forest, so it sounds out.

A coincidence has led us this evening to Wennigsen. The billboard with the chalk days lured us in. Good decision, food was 1a, best Schnitzel, great fried potatoes and sometimes a mushroom cream sauce that can compete with my native. The salad tasted nothing despite dressing, but the service was absolutely fast, attentive and friendly. We will be back!

We were there to discuss a funeral service. Our wishes were taken seriously by the restaurant management, but the chef was very disrespectful. This despite the fact that there was a previous e-mail contact with the charge of the house. When a chef contradicts his own boss, it doesn't create trust with me as a guest. Especially not with the implementation of a funeral service. At the meeting we had dinner on site. The food was good and deserved at least four stars. However, the experience with the chef on site was so bad that I would strongly advise against planning a celebration on site. Every guest should be able to express wishes. If these are rejected, then perhaps there is a nice alternative to offer. That would have created trust with us. The restaurant management tried hard. I cannot say otherwise.

Goods on Saturday the 27.07.19 in the beer garden, with 7 people in the Pinkenburg. Long wait until someone has served us, only a specialist, about 20min. Many guests went again, because of the long wait. The food was very oily and the potatoes were not good either. The only thing that tasted was the curry sausage and fries that one of us ate. So not recommended

Restaurant: Just great. The very tasty food, the well-kept beer, the professional waiter, everything fits here. Hotel: The rooms are neat and clean, for the current room rate, very, very good! We were there with a dog. If we would come over again, I would ask beforehand not to have a room that high up.
